Marketing Plan - Creation of a written, practical foundational marketing plan, bespoke to your organisation providing clarity on your ideal client, messaging, key marketing channels, metrics, three marketing strategies and 90-day action plan aligned with business goals.
Marketing Director Support - An ally at board-level providing independent insight and support and keeping your marketing on track. Phase Two: Marketing Leadership and Implementation
Ongoing direction and delivery support to keep your marketing moving forward:
Providing ongoing accountability, challenge, clarity and leadership to align business growth strategy with delivery.
Implementation support to deliver marketing activities as recommended in the marketing plan
Support internal communications across the organisation, to ensure compliance and smooth delivery
Engagement, briefing and project management of outsourced freelancers and agencies
Management of campaigns (go-to-market, lead generation, launches, early adopter, referrer programmes)
Reinvigoration of existing digital and traditional marketing assets - such as branding, website, LinkedIn pages and sales collateral identified in the marketing plan
Onboarding and improvement of marketing systems and processes (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, reporting)
